MathType will run on any Windows computer. MathType is not RAM-intensive so listing its requirements is not necessary.

MathType does not require Microsoft Office or Microsoft Word. However, it adds a MathType toolbar and menu to Microsoft Word for Windows 2003, 2002 (Office XP), 2000, and 97.
