The latest version of WashAndGo, the PC "scrubbing brush" software, enables users to simply and easily clean their PC hard disk, freeing disk space and speeding access to important data. Most PC users protect their computer from viruses and care about a weekly backup. Unfortunately, this is not enough. To keep your hard drives spick and span, it is necessary to clean it regularly. WashAndGo was designed to assist you with this task. If one does not clean its own apartment, it will quickly become dirty. This is the same a computers hard drive. Those, who do clean their systems on a regular basis risk that unnecessary garbage files increase and start wasting precious disk space inside important system folders. Those so-called "garbage files" are temporary files, created by careless programs that did not remove them when being closed. Furthermore, they can be old safety copies, created automatically by some programs or even 0 byte files with no real content. Even worse: Also in the central database of Windows, the Registry, wrong and confusing entries can be stored unnecessarily. The consequence: The computer does not only get slower, but also looses precious disk space.
The new version of WashAndGo can help by removing garbage files and unnecessary entries with a single mouse click. WashAndGo is a clean-up tool, which can easily be used by everyone. It lists the different garbage types and starts a first examination with a single mouse click. Afterwards the user can look to a list of detected garbage files and authorize WashAndGo to remove them. Sven Abels, the author of WashAndGo knows: "Who hasn't tidied up his computer for a long time will be very surprised about this high amount of superfluous files.
