1 - Mount or Burn the ISO, install.
2 - This install does not put anything in the start menu or even a shortcut on the desktop. It installs to c:\program files\risk\ - just go there and run risk.exe
3 - Youll probably want to change the resolution right away, it defaults to 640 x 480 and you cant see a whole lot of the map unless youre at a higher resolution.
