it's easy to see if you have done a double post, just see on the bottom of your publication the "Related News". If you don't see the same post, your post is good.
or you can do a search before posting.

I think in all my 1000 post, i have done perhaps 3 or 4 double post coz 90% of all my post are done by myself(with my mark "Mitsu")
when i spread a post not from me, you don't see the Mitsu Mark... but i'll try to see if it's not a double posts.
Sometimes i forget to search... like for those 2 examples.

I'm not also here to ask the admin to delete all the double posts i have found coz there is to many and i prefer to lost my time for others things.
