Rick, a shy boy, goes to live with uncles after the death of his parents. He is secretly in love with Jill, but she has boyfriend. During a visit to a research laboratory, he is bitten by a genetically altered dragonfly. Little by little he discovers that he have super-powers and solves assume a new secret identity: dragonfly! Performed by one of the screenwriters of “Scary Movie”, “Super Hero” is a parody of the super hero movies.
