Originated from Chen style Tai chi old frame, Yang style Tai Chi was created by Yang Luchan and his descendants. Thanks to their devotion and hard work, this style has become one of the important Tai Chi schools. Its movements are carefully conceived and practically arranged. while practicing, one carries himself with poise and confidence and moves at a medium speed. All people, old and young can practice developing both the physical and the mental. Regular practice improves health and provides some self defense techniques.
