'The E.N.D' [The Energy Never Dies] is the fifth studio album by American hip hop group the Black Eyed Peas. It was released on June 3th 2009, and is scheduled for release worldwide from June 8th 2009. The album's producer Will.i.am has stated that, if anything, the album is the beginning of a new concept, one reflective of the digital download generation. Musically, the group sticks to their established slick, pop-funk sound, with the lead single 'Boom Boom Pow' standing out as a typically boisterous and dramatic hip-hop fusion. The album's lead single, 'Boom Boom Pow', has topped the Billboard Hot 100 for nine consecutive weeks, and is also the group's first chart-topper on any U.S. chart. This is the Deluxe Edition of the album complete with a bonus disc.
