Firefox is a free, open-source web browser for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X and is based on the Mozilla codebase. It is small, fast and easy to use, and offers many advantages over Internet Explorer, such as the ability to block pop-up windows.

1) This will be the LAST beta release before FireFox 3 "Gran Paradiso" officially launches.
2) Extensions from FireFox 2 are not compatible at this point of time, this pre-beta release is strictly for testing purposes only, but still works great.
